Steve
Pope Associates is a team of psychotherapists, counsellors
and life coaches in Lancashire who help people either seeking
mental healing through one-to-one counselling and personal
support or who wish to attain excellence in sport and business.
There
are three principal themes to our work:
Treatment
of addiction and mental distress
Individuals,
couples and families come to us to overcome a range of psychological
and emotional concerns. With
the client
actively participating in their own recovery in Lancashire,
our counsellors use personal treatment plans and various
non-medical-based treatments to aid recovery.
We
have had great success with clients struggling with substance
abuse, anxiety and stress, depression, eating
disorders,
bereavement and unhealthy relationships.

Fluffing the big moments? Choking when you need to be
your best? We
can help. After successful work with individual
players and teams in Lancashire and across the North
West we will show
you techniques that will help you focus, relax
and achieve more in competition. It doesn’t matter
if you want to master the pitch, the course, the field,
or the court, we will
help you control the mental aspects of your game.
